Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Due to the time, preparation, and customized nature of each service, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• Clients who do not show or repeatedly cancel late may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined future bookings.

Please note:

• Leaving a voicemail, DM, or email does not constitute a cancellation unless you receive confirmation.

• Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed a waiver.

Booking Fees & Prepayment

• Extension, corrective color, and multi-hour services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are applied to your service total.

• Booking Fees are forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours.

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation.

• Late arrivals are subject to the full service charge.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm, professional environment:

• Services are provided by appointment only.

• Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

If an adjustment is needed, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment so we may address concerns appropriately.
